Are your products suitable for puppies?

These treats are suitable for adult dogs aged over 1 year. The ingredients we use are safe for younger dogs however as they are a crunchy biscuit we are mindful of puppies delicate, growing teeth.

I have a pet with an allergy. What information do I need to know?

Our tasty treats are manufactured in an environment which handles products containing gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, fish and nuts.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Offshore Islands) is £3.95. For deliveries outside of England, Wales & Scotland please contact us. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays or missing parcels.

Delivery
Deliveries will usually be shipped the next working day after the payment is received. It usually takes 3-4 working days for the goods to be delivered. 

Return and Refund
As our valued customer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case please contact us either by telephone or email and you will receive a refund once the goods have been returned. We must request you return the goods at your own expense. If the goods arrive damaged or opened then we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

Alternatively if you receive the goods in a damaged condition then please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or e mail so we can investigate the circumstances.
